Welcome to MirchiColor. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and MirchiColor. By using the app or website, you agree to them.
Who can use MirchiColor
You must be 18 or older and be the parent, legal guardian, or caregiver of the child whose information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe.
MirchiColor is not medical advice
MirchiColor is a supportive tool for caregivers. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated guidance is based on the information you provide and general knowledge — it can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your child's specific situation. Always use MirchiColor alongside qualified professional care, and consult a professional before making significant decisions about your child's health, therapy, or education.
Free and Premium
MirchiColor offers free tools and a paid Premium subscription.
- Plans: Premium is available monthly (₹749/month) or annually (₹7,490/year — pay for 10 months, get 12), payable in Indian Rupees via Razorpay.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep Premium access until then, and you are not charged again.
- Refunds: refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available in the footer.
- Price changes: if prices change, we will notify you in advance by email, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.
Your content
Journal entries, photos, schedules, and everything else you create in MirchiColor belongs to you. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you (for example, sending your text to our AI provider to generate a decode, or assembling your entries into a report you request). We claim no ownership over your content and never use it for advertising.
Acceptable use
Do not use MirchiColor to harm anyone, to upload content you have no right to share, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content ownership
All pictograms and illustrations in MirchiColor are original MirchiColor artwork and are the property of MirchiColor. See our Credits & Licenses page for full details.
Service availability
We work hard to keep MirchiColor available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, improve, or be retired as the product evolves. If we ever retire a feature that materially affects paying subscribers, we will give reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirchiColor's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and notify you before the changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
